Is the sofa delivered assembled?

No assembly needed: open the box, unfold it, and the sofa regains its volume in moments thanks to compressed foam technology. The parts supplied with the model (cushions, fasteners, frame) fit into place without assembly.

How can a sofa fit in a cardboard box?

The high-resilience foam is vacuum-compressed at the factory, which reduces the volume of the sofa several times over. Each box weighs about 20 kg and measures 110 × 30 × 40 cm, and a sofa comes in up to 3 boxes depending on the model. Once opened, the sofa regains most of its volume in moments; its final shape settles over the following hours.

Will it fit through my stairwell or my elevator?

Yes, that's the whole point of compressed furniture: the boxes fit anywhere a person can go, including narrow staircases or elevators, without disassembly or a furniture lift. The exact dimensions and weight of the package for this model are listed in the Specifications tab.

What are the delivery times?

Any order placed before noon on a business day is shipped the same day and delivered within 48 hours in mainland France, free of charge and with signature confirmation. Delivery is also free in the rest of Europe, including Belgium (within 72 hours) and Switzerland (within 3 to 5 business days), as well as in the United States and Canada (within 5 days). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery to a pickup point is available upon request.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt. Write to us at contact@cocoliving.fr with your order number and we will tell you what to do next. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Routine maintenance

Vacuum with a soft brush once a week, in the direction of the ribs for corduroy.
Plump the cushions regularly so they keep their volume.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can dull the colours.

In case of stain

Act quickly: blot up the liquid with a clean, dry cloth, without rubbing.
Then dab with a slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.
No bleach, no solvents, no steam cleaners or hair dryers: they damage the fibers and the foam.

The foam and the covers

High-resilience foam should not get wet: if liquid is spilled, wipe it up immediately.
If your model has removable covers, wash the covers according to the care label and put them back in place once completely dry.
